Our 10-week course is an interactive, researched-based, online program designed to empower you to live a healthier, happier life. Because we know you're busy, we've created a stress-free way to engage in the course through an online platform you can access 24/7 at your own pace. The program includes support from our Certified Health Coach, as well as activities, recipes, and other resources to help you stay on track. Here's what's included: - 1 hr. kick-off orientation call with April - 3 months access to the course and all materials - Weekly interactive discussion forums with your coach and classmates - Five (5) 1 hr. LIVE mastermind sessions with April - Easy healthy recipes - Meal planning guide - Guided activities and exercises - Printable downloads and handouts and so much more. Please note: Registration ends on 2-weeks before the course begins. You will receive a confirmation upon registration with a link to the orientation call. A personal access code and link to the portal will be emailed to you 1-week prior to the course start date. The orientation call will be scheduled for 6pm EST (3pm PST/5pm CST), as a kick-off to the first day of the program.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email at connect@wellnessdesigngroup.com at least 24 hrs. in advance of your service time. If we do not receive email notification 24hrs. prior to your service, we will be unable to process a refund or reschedule your service. Upon receipt of your email, a full refund, minus any processing fees, will be made back to the card used with the original order. With regards to cancelled workshops or mindful moments, we will also deduct fees for materials + shipping/handling incurred for any and all provided course materials you may have received.
