Service Description

True health begins with your immediate domain. Improving environmental wellness is simple and results in a more balanced lifestyle. This particular dimension of wellness encourages you to practice habits that promote a healthy environment, while respecting your natural surroundings - by doing so, you increase your mental, emotional, and physical health. We can help you update any space to directly impact your state of mind, emotional well-being, physical health, and productivity. We bridge wellness and design using: - The Golden Ratio - Biophilic Design - Dimensions of Wellness - Space Planning - Color Theory - Organic + Sustainable Materials - Light Therapy - Sensory Focused Details Schedule a private 90-minute consultation with our team of design and wellness experts to discuss your wellness design needs. We’ll work with you on the smallest meditation space or new home office, to a larger project like retrofitting your entire home for increased spacial wellness, health, and safety. There is no project too small or large. This program is run in partnership with AtFaro and Wellness Design Group. Here is a little about our team... Fadia and April share a love of the environment and it's impact on our health, our quality of life, and the world around us. They've come together to use their talents to help create environments that support well-being, emphasize harmony and balance, evoke a connection to nature, and increase your quality of life. Fadia designs unique furniture and accessories using the Golden Ratio and Biophilic design principles. April has a degree in Interior Design and Construction Technology, but also is certified by Mayo Clinic and the National Board as a Health and Wellness Coach. In combining their talents, they provide holistic harmony to one's personal space, well-being, and quality of life. Not only do we incorporate the Golden Ratio and Biophilic Design principles into every wellness design proposal, but we explore each dimension of wellness to promote a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. The Golden Ratio is rooted in the natural order - Emphasizing harmony and balance, respecting the relationship between the environment, architecture, furniture, and decor. Biophilic Design adds to this by exploring the innate human connection to nature, evoking a sense of tranquility and well-being. Add in the multi-dimensional and highly individualized wellness practices, and we offer a well-rounded approach to each project.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email at connect@wellnessdesigngroup.com at least 24 hrs. in advance of your service time. If we do not receive email notification 24hrs. prior to your service, we will be unable to process a refund or reschedule your service. Upon receipt of your email, a full refund, minus any processing fees, will be made back to the card used with the original order. With regards to cancelled workshops or mindful moments, we will also deduct fees for materials + shipping/handling incurred for any and all provided course materials you may have received.
